DINITROL 977

Environmentally friendly, water-based corrosion inhibitor

DINITROL 977 is a semi-transparent, water-based corrosion inhibitor for the protection of cavities in vehicles, lorries, buses, and other vehicles that require corrosion protection. It can also be used as universal protection for machines and machine components. The product is water-repellent and features outstanding penetration properties. After drying, a virtually non-adhesive wax coating remains. It has excellent temperature resistance up to approx. +120 °C. When DINITROL 977 is dry and heated by the sun or the engine, it does not emit the conventional odour of cavity wax.

DINITROL 4941

Robust underbody corrosion protection for highly corrosive environments

DINITROL 4941 / CAR is an underbody protection for use on vehicles during use, on import routes and in aftermarket applications. Applied to a dry and clean surface, it adheres both to lacquered surfaces and to surfaces treated with PVC or similar. Zinc, rubber and plastic surfaces are not attacked by the product.

Clean and economical on-line processing is guaranteed by the product’s good application properties and its high solids content.

DINITROL 4010

Resistant corrosion inhibitor for surface and engine protection

The extremely resistant surface protection product DINITROL 4010 can also be used in many other applications. It can be applied to both open and closed areas. The product penetrates in a manner similar to that of cavity wax. It can also be used for electrical plants to prevent galvanic corrosion and other negative influences such as moisture. DINITROL 4010 leaves behind a hard, transparent film that is resistant to acids, alkalis, and heat up to a temperature of 200 °C. DINITROL 4010 can also be used to treat motor housings, motors, and other components that must withstand high temperatures.

DINITROL 965 High Performance is a transparent corrosion inhibitor for applications on vehicles and in industry. The product was specially developed for the protection of surfaces that are exposed to high temperatures. DINITROL 965 High Performance creates a water-repellent, paint-like, and heat-resistant film. The product delivers long-term corrosion protection for iron, zinc, and aluminium. It is very easy to apply and ensures efficient, clean application.

DINITROL 958

Quick-drying water-based stone chip protection

DINITROL 958 is a quick-drying waterbased stone chip protection and produces a black elastic film that effectively protects the vehicle against stone chips and road salt. DINITROL 958 is environmentally friendly as it does not contain any solvents. The product is suitable for use on cars, buses, trucks and other vehicles during production and in the repairs market. The product protects exposed parts such as doorways, spoilers, shock absorbers, wheel arches and edges. DINITROL 958 can be covered with most car lacquers after drying.
